Shoaib Akhtar, a former fast bowler, has been selected as the ambassador of the Motorway Police Force.

The 45-year-old bowling legend took to social media to inform his fans of the news, proudly announcing his affiliation with the Motorway Police.

“Proud to be associated with Motorway Police of Pakistan as an ambassador. I will Inshaa Allah play my part in creating awareness about road safety & inform people about traffic laws,” he wrote.

Furthermore, the fast bowler believed that residents should set an example by obeying traffic laws.

Previously, the cricket great stated that his own Non-Fungible Token (NFT) will be auctioned on Waqar Zaka’s localised blockchain platform, TenUp Nation.

The hashtag “Shoaib Akhtar NFT” trended on Twitter, indicating that Shoaib would be able to swap his digital copyrights in the realm of cryptocurrencies following the introduction of the NFT.
