Xiaomi has launched a crowdfunding campaign for a new wristwatch called the Hey Plus Watch on its Youpin platform. It is the brand’s first smartwatch, since the firm had previously only sold fitness bands such as the Hey Plus Smartband and the Hey Plus 1S, both of which included AMOLED displays.

The Hey Plus Watch, like its siblings, has an AMOLED display. It has a full-screen display with 1.78-inch ultra-thin bezels and rounded edges. The centre frame is constructed of metal, while the straps are silicon, and the entire watch weighs around 38g.

This wristwatch, like any other, is equipped with a number of sensors, including blood oxygen detection, 24-hour heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, breathing training, and more. There are also over 100 sports modes and simple online payment options. In addition, the watch will sync your alerts and provide message reminders from a variety of talking applications.

The wearable is already available for $62 on Xiaomi’s Youpin marketplace. It will be available for purchase in December of this year, with a selection of rainbow straps to pick from.
